  To my beloved Tita, I still can't believe that I'm writing a goodbye to you. It hurts knowing that you left us so far away in Canada, where you worked hard, built a life, and shared beautiful memories with your husband. Even though you were miles away, you were never far from our hearts. I wish we could have been there to hold you one last time, tell you how much we love you, and say goodbye properly. There are so many things I wish I could have said to you. Thank you, Tita, for all the love, kindness, and memories you gave our family.   Anti Veron was one of the strongest and most independent people I have ever known. She was not only beautiful on the outside, but she also had a beautiful heart and soul. She was a woman of strong faith in God, and she always reminded me and our family to pray, trust in God, and never lose faith, no matter what life brings. I will always remember the times when she came home to the Philippines and visited our hometown in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. Whenever I found out that she was coming home, I would always feel so excited because I knew that we would have the chance to spend time together, bond, share stories, and make more memories with her. Those simple moments with Anti are memories that I will forever treasure. As one of her nieces, I am deeply grateful for everything she had done for me and for our family. I am thankful for all her help, the things she gave, the words of encouragement, and the reminders that always motivated us to keep going. One thing I will never forget is what she always told us, especially those of us who are still studying: "AGBASA NALAING."Those simple words have stayed with me, and even now, I continue to carry them in my heart as motivation to do my best and reach my dreams. She also always reminded us to keep praying and to put our trust in God. I am truly proud of Anti Veron because I know how strong and independent she was. From a young age, she bravely went abroad to work, worked hard for her dreams, and made sacrifices for herself and for her family. She faced life with courage, perseverance, and faith. Her strength and determination will always be something I admire and look up to. Anti, thank you for everything—for your love, kindness, support, advice, prayers, and for all the beautiful memories you gave us. Your presence may no longer be with us, but the lessons you taught us and the love you shared will remain in our hearts forever. We remember your gentle laugh, the way your eyes sparkled when you shared stories, and the sweet sound of your voice giving us comfort, advice, or simply telling us how proud you were of us. We treasure the moments spent together: the family gatherings filled with joy and delicious food you so lovingly prepared; the quiet afternoons just sitting and talking, listening to your wisdom and life lessons; the hugs that lasted a little longer than usual, wrapping us in so much love that all our worries seemed to fade away.   FAREWELL MESSAGE FOR AUNTIE VERON On behalf of the entire family of Reynaldo Baltazar, we would like to express our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude for all the beautiful memories, love, kindness, and blessings you have left in our hearts, Auntie Veron. To you, Uncle Jeff, please accept our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved wife, Auntie Veron. We, too, are deeply saddened by her loss. We were devastated and deeply shocked, and it was difficult for us to believe that this had happened to her. During this painful time, please know that we share in your grief, and we pray that the Lord will give you strength, comfort, and peace as you face this very difficult time. Auntie Veron, thank you so very much for all the kindness you showed and gave to us. Thank you for being so generous, thoughtful, and caring toward our family. You never failed to remember us on important occasions—our birthdays, Christmas, emergencies, and many other moments. You would willingly give and help even when we never asked or told you that we needed anything. You were always ready to help and give because kindness and generosity were simply part of who you were. Above all, we will never forget that you always remembered us in your prayers to the Lord. I will always remember you bringing food to my mom's house, especially your biko, sharing the cherries from your cherry tree and kale from your garden, and always letting my sister enjoy swimming in your backyard pool. Thank you also, Auntie, for being there on one of the most special days of our lives—our wedding. We will always remember you coming to celebrate with us and blessing us with your words of advice about marriage. Those words and that memory mean even more to us now, and we will always carry them with us. 🤍 These simple moments remind us of how caring, thoughtful, and generous you were.
