Obituary For Harold Mijanovich

January 6, 1944 – August 2, 2026

Harold Mijanovich of Grande Prairie, Alberta, formerly from Leduc, Alberta, passed away in Grande Prairie Hospice after a courageous battle against cancer at 82 years old.

Harold is survived by his children Shelly (Warren), Bob, Donna, his grandkids Ty, Teea, Chad, Curtis, Core-lee, Cole Rose, Jesse, and Autumn, and 6 great-grandchildren.

Dad travelled many miles down the Alaska Highway, many miles across Canada and the United States. Trucking was his love and he was proud to do it accident free. He loved camping, fishing, and visiting his many good friends.

May you enjoy the miles of scenery during each journey

May you know how much our world appreciates your strength and perseverance.

    He was a man who I WAS always glad to see, , HE taught me how to drive the Alaska highway, showed me everything that I needed to know and stay with the sunny side up, very sad to hear of his passing.
